Ayo everyone, it's your lovable Seija-tachi again. I'm back with some more questions and feedback regarding the way I recorded my Japanese "r" sounds for my new UTAU Ami Tomodachi. I did my best, but I'm still not sure if I'm pronouncing them correctly. Here is a small sample of what it sounds like:
She's got an overseas accent for sure. :3 The way for English speakers to pronounce the Japanese 'r' sound, is kinda like mixing r, d, l, & n together, saying all of these at once. :3
Also yaaas Tofugu's tutorial is basically the best one
In my case, I'm mixing those sounds together. xD Ah, also, I'm Icelandic, so I'm just automatically thinking of the way we pronounce these things. °w°' It might be (okay, IS definitely) different for English speakers. :3
