pandemia: Hii! I've been lurking on UTAU-related forums for years but haven't had the habit of registering accounts until lately. Nice to meet you!

Aha... So all the utaus I've been making have been planned for a really long time now! At this point in time, I'm finally working on the last three! (I'm so excited about this, you don't even know )
Anyways, VAL is the closest to being finished, so I was wondering if anyone would like to test her out for me and give me some feedback!
I think she's just about ready tbh, but some last minute checks couldn't hurt xD
So, I tested your UTAUloid and here's what I analyzed.
Pros: She has some great clarity to her, though some of her samples could be fixed being toned down a bit. She has a very strong and mature voice and I love those voice types to death.
Cons: Her Japanese pronunciation isn't well-done. She seems to suffer from stiff English like consonants, I recommend checking out this video to help you get a better concept of Japanese pronunciation.
While her quality it good, you might want to be careful while you record. You don't want to record too loud, because then the samples clip in UTAU, and sometimes make the voicebank not work well on some resamplers.
I also seemed to find some problems with the oto, it seems that you dragged out the 's' sounds, and then ignored some of the 'b' sounds. When, it should be the other way around.
Now, there's another issue I found. Some of the beginning sounds on some of the samples seem to be cutoff, and I can't seem to recover them at all. Which to me is a shame because I couldn't get her full potential.
What I recommend: I'm not sure what program you record with, but if you record with audacity I feel I can hear and see the rushed nature. I say, use OREMO. I use it for recording my UTAUloids and it's so much more easier, not to mention convenient.
Yeah, I noticed the pronunciation errors too but my sister had issues trying to rectify them ;-;. I'll show her the video though, and maybe I'll be able to get some better results . I'll also go and take a look at her oto and fix that issue. I always make a whole bunch of mistakes with otos. ;-;
And yes, your feedback is always helpful, god bless ur soul.
