Wasn't sure where to post this but I recently found the video and really wanted to share.

This is Premaid AI, which is a programmable robot idol that dances.

I'm not really sure what's going to happen with it in the future or if it'll ever have any ties with utau or vocaloid but it's so cute I can't help but share aaaaahahhh;;

I think you mean Dollfie Dreams or Obitsu.
There are anime-like bjds out there, but the ones that are commonly anime styled with big moe eyes like that are Dollfie Dreams and Obitsu, which are not bjds though they are lumped together a lot.
