Hello, my name's Kidd. I've been in the UTAU and Vocaloid fandoms since way back in 2007 or so. Making your own UTAU was something that seemed pretty impossible to me at the time, until my friend made her own UTAU in 2010. Ever since then I've been meaning to make my own, but I became distant with the fandom for a few years due to shifting my focus into other things such as my art, for example.
About a year to two years ago, I became more involved in helping my friend and roommate, Yozane, with her UTAU (Yozane Iimo); making art for her, helping to keep things organized and other general management.
I wanted to become more involved in the community again after getting back into the fandom and have just recently started learning how to use the UTAU program and how to mix covers in FL Studio thanks to Yozane. I'm currently trying to make my own UTAU. I've been working on the design in secret and plan to try recording soon. I'm not ready to show anything yet and I don't think I will be for a while.
Until then, I'm going to continue to help Yozane with her UTAU projects.
I also take commissions for UTAU related art (digital).
I hope I can make some rad UTAU friends.
